About

Jenni Silva, CMT

I am a professionally certified massage therapist with over 15 years of experience devoted exclusively to the healing arts. I specialize in orthopedic massage, sports therapy, and injury-specific rehabilitation, helping clients find lasting relief from chronic and acute pain caused by stress, repetitive strain, athletic overuse, and traumatic injuries. My work is rooted in a deep respect for the human body’s ability to heal and regenerate when given the right care and conditions. I began my advanced training at a massage school with a strong structural and therapeutic focus, studying under experienced Rolfers who instilled in me a precise, anatomy-based approach to bodywork. From there, I went on to work in a physical therapy clinic, collaborating closely with a highly skilled physical therapist. For over seven years, I provided not only orthopedic massage but also hands-on rehabilitation for patients recovering from a wide spectrum of injuries—ranging from sports-related strains and sprains to pre- and post-surgical recovery, workplace injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal dysfunction. Much of my work draws from my background in sports therapy. I’ve worked extensively with both recreational and professional athletes to prevent injury, support recovery, and optimize physical performance. Whether addressing an acute condition like rotator cuff strain, plantar fasciitis, or IT band syndrome—or chronic issues like lower back pain, joint instability, or scar tissue adhesion—I tailor every session with a functional, therapeutic lens to support full-body integration and long-term healing. My passion for this work is personal. I grew up with a mother who struggled with obesity and chronic health issues, and that experience sparked in me a lifelong fascination with the body, healing, and human potential. As a young girl, I made it my mission to learn all I could about health, nutrition, natural medicine, fitness, and personal development. Over time, this curiosity evolved into a belief system: that true wellness is multidimensional, and that healing happens not just on the physical level, but emotionally, psychologically, and energetically as well. I believe we are made of energy and frequency, and when we work in harmony with the body’s natural intelligence—using the right tools, movement, touch, and awareness—we can create change that is both powerful and lasting. My approach blends science and intuition, precision and presence. Each client receives focused, individualized care designed to restore alignment, mobility, and balance—not only in the body, but in the whole being.
